A Customized Approach:
Our journey with students begins with comprehensive benchmark assessments, evaluating both academic skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) competencies. Through individual assessments and interviews, our counseling staff gain insight into each student's interests and aspirations. Based on this data, students are paired with a dedicated Motivational Coach, who crafts a Customized Learning Plan (CLP) tailored to their unique needs. Regular one-on-one meetings with Motivational Coaches ensure ongoing support, encouragement, and goal-setting, keeping students on track for success.

Expert Guidance:
We pride ourselves on our team of caring, state-certified teachers who prioritize meeting the individual needs of our students. Alongside Motivational Coaches, our teachers provide constant motivation, encouragement, and goal-setting assistance, ensuring students remain focused and driven toward graduation.

Personalized Support System:
At Teen Focus, we believe in empowering students and parents with choices. Whether opting for a light course load (2 classes) or a moderate load (4 classes), students and parents have the flexibility to tailor their academic journey. Our dedicated Teen Focus advisors are available online or by phone daily from 9 am to 6 pm, providing guidance and support whenever it's needed.

Holistic Support Services:
In addition to academic support, Teen Focus offers mental health and social-emotional learning workshops to enhance students' readiness to learn. Our Support Team includes licensed social workers, doctoral-level school counselors, university mentors, and support advisors, ensuring students have access to comprehensive assistance throughout their academic journey.
